Step 1: Download the software and install on your PC to retrieve pictures from external hard drive on Mac. Launch the software by double clicking the shortcut icon or from the application folder. The main screen will appear as shown in Fig. A.

Step 2: Select "Recover Photos" option from the main screen, next screen will appear as highlighted in the Fig. B. Now select either "Recover Deleted Photos" or "Recover Lost Photos" depending upon your requirements.

Step 3: After selecting any one of the option from previous screen, a new screen, for selecting a disk / volume, will appear as shown in Fig. C. Choose the connected external hard drive from which photos are to be restored and tap on Next button.
