1. Recover Photos

   Remo Recover Photo (Mac) is a powerful utility that helps you to recover Standard/ Graphic Photo File Formats such as JPG, BMP, TIFF, PNG, GIF and also digital camera RAW photographic files. Run Remo Recover Photo (Mac) software, by double clicking on application icon from the ‘Applications’ folder or the location where the software has been installed.Program main Window will be displayed as shown in the Figure (a).

   Select the physical drive from the drive(s) list, and click on “Next” button or double click on the drive to proceed.

   As you click “Next” button, the program displays a Window to select file types that you wish to recover. By default all the file types will be selected. Click on “Deselect all” button and select those photo file formats which you wish to recover and click on “Recover” button as shown in Figure (b).

   As soon as the application completes the scanning process, the recovered files will be analyzed and displayed in a well organized data tree, after which can be saved to a safe location.

2. Recover Music and Video Files

   Remo Recover Photo (Mac) is a utility which helps you to recover music files and also video files that include from both removable media and hard disk drives.Please follow the steps mentioned below to recover music and video files lost due to accidental deletion or corruption of storage media.Run “Remo Recover Photo (Mac)” software, an application main Window opens as shown in Figure (c).

   Select the physical drive from the drive(s) list which has lost or deleted files, and click on “Next” button to proceed.

   Select the music and video File Type that you wish to recover, as shown in Figure (d).

   A Window will be displayed, where it performs thorough scan on the physical drive chosen to locate deleted or corrupted files.

   Once the application completes the scanning process, the recovered data will be displayed in a data tree, after which you can save the recovered data to a safe location.

3. Preview

   Remo Recover Photo (Mac) software is equipped with preview option to give you a fair idea of recovery possibilities. With the help of this option, lost files can be previewed before saving. And also can be helpful to evaluate the demo version before purchasing the software.In order to preview, select the file you wish to preview and click on “View” button or just double click on the file as shown in Figure (e).

4. Save Scan Information

   Save Scan Information is a control operation provided to save scanned information in a file, so that re-scanning the drive is avoided in activated software, thus ensuring quicker recovery process.Scan results obtained can be saved so that recovery process could be carried out in next restart without scanning the drive again. Just open the saved scan info and proceed with recovery process.After completion of scanning, recovered data is displayed in a well organized data tree. You can save scan information by clicking on Save Scan Info button as shown in Figure (i).

   As you click on Save Scan Info button, you need to select destination location to save scan information file and click on “Save” button. A confirmation message pops up after completion of saving scan info, which also indicates the path where scan info file is saved. Please note that Scan Info file is saved with “.rme” extension and represented with application icon.

5. Save recovered media files

   After completion of scanning, you need to save the recovered data to a safe location. If you wish to save the entire data tree, click on “Select all” button and further click on save button. You may also save selective media files by manually selecting files or folders.After selecting the data in the tree for saving, to initiate the saving process, you need to specify a safe location as shown in Figure (j).

   As soon as you click on save button, a window to specify destination location is opened. Specify a safe destination location to save all your selected data in the recovered data tree.
